Due to continued growth, Meridian HealthCare is searching for an energetic, detailed-oriented Director of Operations to join our leadership team.

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR A DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
- Provide strategic leadership and direction in the development and implementation of organizational goals, policies, and initiatives to support the mission and vision.
- Directing and managing the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring smooth functioning across all operations departments.
- Working closely with legal, HR, finance, facilities, and operations to support the growth initiatives of the company while ensuring compliance with industry and legal best practices.
- Manage financial resources, budgets, revenue generation, and cost control measures to achieve financial sustainability and support growth initiatives.
- Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness through process optimization and streamlining operations.
- Collaborating with other executives and departments to ensure alignment and synergy across functions, fostering cross-functional communication and collaboration
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- Experience in Accounting
- Preferred minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in business/healthcare management
